In San Francisco, high school teacher Ingrid Seyer-Ochi wrote an op-ed which claimed that Bernie Sanders mittens were proof of "white and male privilege" because "women would never have gotten away with dressing down for the inauguration."

In response, readers said the op-ed was proof of "female privilege" because any man who had written it would have been laughed out of town.



Musician Marilyn Manson said that recent sexual and physical abuse allegations levelled against him are "horrible distortions of reality.
"

Manson added, "And if anybody knows about horrible distortions of reality, it's me."


Researchers in Europe have announced that men who drink at least one cup of coffee a day are 15% less likely to experience hearing loss.

However, the study didn't explain why the same men don't seem to hear a goddamn word from their wives.




In Washington, reporters have said that White House press secretary Jen Psaki has requested that questions be submitted in advance of briefings, adding that it undermines her promise of bring "truth and transparency back to the briefing room."

Psaki explained that by making the requests, she was being truthful and transparent about her lack of truthfulness and transparency.


Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin admitted that half of his city's 12-million residents have had COVID.

The other half, he added, were poisoned by Vladimir Putin.




A dispute over shoveling snow turned deadly when Jeffrey Spaide, 47, fatally shot his two neighbors before taking his own life in Pennsylvania, authorities said.

Local police thanked Spaide's family for how he saved them the trouble of arresting him for murder.
