BREAKING NEWS: MUSIC EDITION: 2/9/2023

 Songwriter Polly Samson, who is married to David Gilmour, has tweeted about her 

husband's former Pink Floyd bandmate Roger Waters, saying that he's "antisemitic to [his] rotten core. Also a Putin apologist, and a lying, thieving, hypocritical, tax-avoiding, lip-synching, misogynistic, sick-with-envy megalomaniac."

In response, Waters told reporters, "It's a filthy lie. I do not lip-synch."

In related news, Roger Waters announced he has re-recorded the Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon. The original version has sold 45-million copies since its release in 1973.

Waters boasted that the remake would sell an equal number of copies as the original, "unless the Jews who run the world destroy all the copies as I expect them to do."

Madonna slammed critics who commented about her appearance on the
Grammy Awards over the weekend, calling them ageist and misogynistic.

Her fans agreed, claiming that people just hate old women who transform their once-normal faces into  something not seen out of the Saw movies franchise.

In other Grammy news, conservatives continue to blast the performance by Sam Smith and Kim Petras as "satanic."

Asked for a comment, Smith said, "Hey, have you heard of us until now?"

Legendary band Deep Purple, whose members are pushing the age of 80, has announced its current tour dates.

While the name Deep Purple was taken from the song of the same name, it now refers to the bruises on their arms and legs.
