Under pressure from the Centers for Disease Control, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has freed Kaci Hickox from a 21-day mandatory quarantine in the Newark Liberty Airport parking lot. Ms. Hickox, a nurse, had arrived after treating Ebola victims in West Africa.The CDC admitted, however, that medical professionals returning from affected areas should be required to be self-quarantined in an area devoid of potential contact with the public. By that measure, the CDC said, the best place would be MSNBC during primetime.
